Great communication and rapid response with Tom for approval of customization. Love the canvas look of the map. Great quality. Canvas is well attached to the frame and foam backing is good. Easy to hang with pre-mounted hangers. Looks great on the wall. Looking forward to adding more pins as I prepare to retire and we travel all over! We've gotten many compliments on it already! My wife loves it. We're contemplating the purchase of others as gifts to friends and relatives.
