What are your customer service hours?
Our business hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Central Time. We respond as quickly as possible and often reply outside of business hours as well.
Shipping
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are prepared for shipment in 2–4 business days. The processing time for a specific product is listed on its product page.
How long does delivery take in the United States?
US orders arrive in an estimated 1–4 business days after processing. The total estimated delivery time for US orders is 3–8 business days from purchase (2–4 business days of processing plus 1–4 business days of shipping). These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Canadian orders arrive in an estimated 6–10 business days after processing, for a total estimated delivery time of 8–14 business days from purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available within the continental US (lower 48 states) only.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on non-custom orders. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and ship the item back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition; if an item is returned in less than original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value.
Who pays for return shipping?
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We provide the return shipping label, and the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.
Can I return a personalized or custom order?
No. Personalized and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. To make sure your custom order is exactly right, we send a digital proof and work with you until you approve the design before it goes to production.
How do I cancel an order?
We accept cancellation requests within 1 day (24 hours) of purchase. To cancel, email tom@holycowcanvas.com or message us on Facebook Messenger as soon as possible.
Discount Codes
Can I use a discount code on sale items?
No. Discount codes are not valid on sale items, product upgrades, or gift cards.
