Someone got back to me every time I emailed a question about upgrading. It seemed very important to them that I was getting what I wanted. They were even able to add the small town that I live in because it was not on the map. It is going to be put up in our nightly rental so that we can see where people are from that come visit. We will send a photo once we go back to the condo. We were very pleased with Quality.
