Product or Shipping Upgrade

I had ordered one of their maps and then decided I preferred to have a larger size. Unfortunately, I had already discarded the box it had come in. This company was so great that they sent me the larger size for just the price difference and allowed me to wait until I received the upgraded one in order to return the original using the new packing materials. I was and remain so impressed with this company for allowing and trusting me to do this! I highly recommend Holy Cow Canvas!

Someone got back to me every time I emailed a question about upgrading. It seemed very important to them that I was getting what I wanted. They were even able to add the small town that I live in because it was not on the map. It is going to be put up in our nightly rental so that we can see where people are from that come visit. We will send a photo once we go back to the condo. We were very pleased with Quality.
