Great customer service! I appreciated that they sent a proof before making it. We had accidentally ordered the one with all the cities instead of the National Parks & Sites one we wanted. They were able to change the order for us after we saw the proof. The shipping was quick & the product was quality. This is the 3rd one we have in our family. My suggestion is to add a little bit more to your order and buy whatever color you want as a second color pins.
We use red as our 2nd color. Red for National Parks & green for Sites. The picture is of ours, not the larger one I'm reviewing. That one is at my son's house.
