I love this so much. I liked beng able to customize it. Also, great customer service! Once the order was received I was notified and then given the next steps. The next day I received a draft to review. I approved it and my finished product was shipped shortly thereafter.

Very responsive service. The canvas and design is a very good quality. I would suggest asking more questions to ensure you get exactly what you want. The cities are very condensed and somewhat blurry so it’s hard to pin point places you’ve been. It’s not mentioned anywhere I could see on the website. But after receiving my custom piece and asking about the cities, I was told I could have had less cities. But since it’s custom- it’s non returnable. Had our framed and the corners could be better connected, there are some gaps. Overall, happy with it. And service was good. Could be better though.
